We respond to all project inquiries within 24 hours on business days. Typically much sooner. For genuinely urgent requests, mention it in your message and we'll prioritise accordingly.

Absolutely. Many of Our best projects started with a rough idea and a short conversation. You don't need a polished specification — just tell us what problem you're trying to solve and we'll figure out the rest together.
Are you available for long-term or retainer work?
Yes. A significant portion of Our work comes from ongoing relationships — monthly retainers for maintenance, feature development, and technical consulting. If you're looking for a reliable technical partner, not just a one-off project, that's exactly what we offer.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes — more than 60% of Our clients are outside India. We work effectively across time zones with clients in the US, UK, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East. We adapt Our communication schedule to minimise friction for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe, and Wise (for international clients). For Indian clients, we accept UPI, NEFT, and RTGS. Payment terms are agreed upfront: typically 30–50% deposit with the remainder on delivery milestones.
